PA6-GF Settings

We are currently testing PA6-GF (Nylon with Glass Fiber reinforcement) and have dialed in some initial settings using OrcaSlicer.

Temperature Settings

Based on our temperature tower tests and material properties:

• Nozzle Temperature: 270°C (Best result from temp tower)
• Bed Temperature: 60°C
• Chamber Temperature: 60°C

Note: The Glass Transition temperature (Tg) of this material is 67°C. Keeping the bed and chamber at 60°C helps prevent warping while staying safely below the Tg to avoid creep or deformation during printing.
