Calibration: H2S PETG-HF
H2S PETG-HF Calibration
We have calibrated the H2S PETG-HF filament and established the following settings.
Temperature Settings
- Extruder Temperature: 240°C
- Note: This was determined using a temperature tower.

- Chamber Temperature: 40°C
My garage is getting < 10°C at night. I need the chamber to be heated for consistent prints. NASA will have the same problem.
Flow Rate
- Volumetric Flow: > 20 mm³/s
- Note: Testing topped out at 20 mm³/s, which looked fine.

Pressure Advance
- Pressure Advance: 0.04

Flow

I’m tuning it for no ridge between the inner and outer circles. 0.03 feels like the best.
Retraction

Looks pretty clean all the way down to 0, docs say pick 0.2 - 0.4 in that case.
Cornering
It all looks great. From 1 mm/s to 15 mm/s, I can’t tell the difference. Default Bambu setting is 9 mm/s, feels like there is no good reason to deviate from that.

I do see where it undershoots and overshoots when turning the corner. Need to figure out what that is all about.
