H2S PETG-CF Calibration

We have calibrated the H2S PETG-CF filament and established the following settings.

Temperature Settings

• Extruder Temperature: 265°C
  • Note: This was determined using a temperature tower.

• Chamber Temperature: 50°C

My garage is getting < 10°C at night. The fillament is good up to a chamber temperature of 50°C, so lets pick that for now.

Flow Rate

• Volumetric Flow: ~10 mm³/s

  This is what Bambu Labs picked, and it seems pretty reasonable.

Pressure Advance

• Pressure Advance: 0.038

Flow

I’m tuning it for no ridge between the inner and outer circles. 0.00 feels like the best (which gives us an absolute value of 0.95).

Retraction

Looks pretty clean all the way down to 0, docs say pick 0.2 - 0.4 in that case.
